Sylvie Charron (Université de Montréal)

Having worked in the technology field for over 25 years, Sylvie is currently a senior IT governance and process advisor at the Université de Montréal. Holding several certifications, including Agile, Lean, ITIL, DevOps and change management, her experience and expertise are varied: IT management and governance consulting, leading IT service management practices, training, and coaching in organizational and project agility. She also regularly facilitates IT governance workshops and strategic meetings with the UdeM IT steering committee.
