At the same time a visionary and a pioneer in computer science, Sylvie has a critical eye on the use of techniques whose proper use seems to her to be unavoidable. Breaking with the reality of business, she is particularly concerned about the coherence of the means that lead to the objective pursued. Always on the lookout for new and change, Sylvie constantly navigates between management, expert and business development roles. These expert topics have focused on digital transformation, new technology and innovation and product management for more than 25 years. From 2002 to 2017, Sylvie has been in various roles at CGI from Director to Vice President of Innovation and Telecommunications. Since 2018, Sylvie has been Executive VP at Proaction Technologies. Sylvie is responsible for information technology for Proaction International as well as performance management software solutions UTrakk_DMeS. She is passionate about research, new technologies, new methodologies, sustainable development and the preparation of the next generation. She teaches for the Business Square at Laval University and the University of Sherbrooke. With the soul of an entrepreneur, she is also co-founder of Design Thinking Montreal and co-owner of Pomone Vineyard Inc.
