Stéphane Joret (Liscience)

Stéphane JORET has been an IT professional since 1990. He is the only co-author of ITIL® 4 in France, ITIL Ambassador of PeopleCert, certified ITIL® 4 Master and accredited ITIL trainer since 2009. He is also the publication director and co-author of the ISO guide for the implementation of IT asset management (ISO 19770-10 to be published soon). An expert consultant, he supports organizations in their transformation, in France and internationally.
