IT Assets and Contracts Manager / Office Automation & Mobility Budget Project Manager

Graduated with a Master in Management and a BTS in IT Development, I worked for many years with international groups (Dassault Aviation, Sodexo, Air Liquide, Computacenter). With these experiences in sectors with strong constraints, I now put my ITAM expertise at the service of the digital transformation of the RATP Group.

Within the IT Asset Expertise (EXA) entity of the DIGITAL WORKPLACE SERVICES (DWS) unit, his role – as head of IT Asset Management and Contracts – consists of optimizing the governance of all IT assets of the RATP group (hardware, software, contractors). Leading a team of 8 people, the objective is to improve the consistency and performance of IT services through ITIL 4 practices to meet the global challenges of the world’s 3rd largest urban transport operator.
