Félix Nunez (TAF Management)

Holder of a master’s degree in public administration specializing in management, certified from the Harvard Kennedy School in Creating Public Value as well as in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the University of Sherbrooke. Mr. Nunez is recognized as an expert advisor in Networks Agriconseils.

Félix Nunez founder of TAF Management has more than 20 years of experience in the management of public organizations in the municipal sector and private companies. Mr. Nunez sits on several boards of directors.

Passionate about creating value, he excels in implementing robust continuous improvement processes and in training his clients in Lean Management and in-house skills development.

He also teaches management and Lean management at the University of Quebec in Rimouski (UQAR) since 2015. To date, he has trained more than 1000 people on the Lean Six Sigma approach, accompanied by more than twenty improvement teams and advised several management teams in Lean culture changes.
