Cyrille has been leading nearly 20 years of service management solution deployment projects within companies. He specializes in business process optimization and responsible management of information and communications technologies. Cyrille holds a general university degree in business administration as well as a professional Master in Information Systems Engineering and Management (University of Toulouse). He is co-author of technical books in the field of business process management and deployment.
