After training as an engineer in France and a master’s degree in telecommunications management in San Francisco, Catherine worked in the IT field in support roles, technical project manager and architect, then moved to IT Service Management positions (delivery and transition) in the United States and Switzerland. Passionate about technology and the services it can create, through different roles, she brought her expertise in the field of ITIL, project management by promoting and implementing good industry practices while instilling a culture of sharing, respect and encouragement within the teams with which she leads or collaborates. Now in a period of professional transition, Catherine brings her knowledge in the ITIL and DEVOPS field within PeopleCert external Advisory Board and a great enthusiasm to support and provide different organizations with optimal solutions to benefit from ITIL and DEVOPS methods and approaches.
