Consultant, accredited ITIL trainer since 2009, translator of educational material and lecturer, Stéphane JORET is the only co-author of ITIL 4 in France. We owe him the ITIL practice of IT asset management and he participated in the drafting of ISO 19770-10 (ISO practical guide for the implementation of IT asset management). IT professional since 1990, he supports private and public organizations, in France and abroad, with particular attention to the human factor.
