Salima Moudjeber is a training expert and the founder of PROADVENT. Architect by training, she began her career in Germany, before enrolling at HEC Montréal to obtain a Masters in Management. Shortly after, she joined Accenture Montreal, then Accenture France. She arrived in France in the midst of the boom in the deployment of Agility in business, Salima was able to support several major partners in the context of training and/or the implementation of Agility such as SOGETI, Atos consulting, Altran, Orange télécoms, société générale, BNP Paribas, etc. After founding a PROADVENT training organization certified Qualiopi and recognized by the state, she continues to spread agility and teach the values ​​of this approach at all levels.
