Philippe Mast (CRHA)

Philippe Mast is the co-founder of CORTO. REV, a consulting and executives recruitment firm, founded in 2001. He’s an expert in organizational development and innovation. Also an international speaker, he supports executives in the transformation of their companies, so that they become more innovative and agile across three axes: agile leadership, a culture of innovation and flexible work structures and processes.

He also served as Vice President, Organizational Development at TIW, an international telecommunications company operating in China, India, Brazil and Eastern Europe. Prior to joining TIW, Philippe was a senior consultant at HAY/McBer in France and Canada. He is now a director and a member of the strategic planning committee of the Ordre des Conseillers en Ressources Humaines Agréés du Québec (Order of Human Resources Advisors of Quebec).
