As a strategic advisor expert in the Agile approach, Martin has nearly 25 years of experience in the development of IT systems, including 17 with Agile approaches. In addition to being a trainer at Technologia, Martin mainly carries out training, transformation and Agile coaching mandates with both development teams and senior management. He also works closely with managers of technology teams and business teams to help them assimilate, deploy and put into practice the principles of Agility from the project portfolio to product development.
