Damien Rivière (Covéa)

After studying economics, in 1998 he obtained a master’s degree in Engineering and Management of Information Systems (ex-DESS IGSI) from the University of Social Sciences of Toulouse 1. He started his career as a software engineer in the field of electronic publishing.He then very quickly turned to the professions of organization and project management in various sectors of activity (Amusement park, Bank).

In 2007, he joined MAAF, a mutual insurance company, as an organizer and then head of the Transformation department of the Organization and Performance Department (at the head office in Niort, France). MAAF being part of the mutual insurance group COVEA – which also brings together the GMF and MMA brands -, he joined his head office in Paris in early 2018 within the General Directorate of Human Cooperation as project director. Since the beginning of 2022, he has been manager of the Transformation and Projects division, which is in particular responsible for steering the NIS program Our Societal Impact” aimed at implementing the Group’s CSR strategy.
